You can use our template with these languages or open a forum/ ticket support to request our team to install for you. You can also try to translate some where from English to your perfect local languages with advice from our team.
Question: What is the difference between One spanage Check Out or Default Check Out?Answer: You should read more about One Page Checkout here. It is a MUST HAVE product for your ecommercial website. The default check out is Virtuemart check out with 3 steps. It can be used well but is not optimized for your clients. If you buy One Page Check Out with the template, you can get 30USD discount.
Question: Do I receive the extensions included in the Template Demo?Answer: Yes, most of the extensions that included in the demo of this template are included in the prices. You do not have to pay for it separately. For some special templates, we can charge separately the special extension, but we will notify clearly about that in the detail page if have. Question: How to use this Virtuemart template?Answer: There are 3 ways to use this template for your website:
Option 1: You want to have a website that same with our demo site, then you just need to Install Quick Start Package within 2 minutes, replace with your logo, and you are ready to go.
Option 2: You have current Joomla theme and just want to use our Virtuemart template, then Upload FTP Virtuemart Theme into your Virtuemart folder and use Virtuemart theme together with your current Joomla theme.
Option 3: You have your own website with current data and just want to replace the template, then Install Joomla Virtuemart Template like a normal Joomla template, and use complete new online printing theme for your site.
Option 2 + 3 is good for person who knows about Virtuemart and Joomla. Option 1 is good for Fresh site installation or who have never used Joomla and Virtuemart before. During installation, you may need to open ticket support to request our help.
You cannot use option 2 if template is built with Gantry Framework.
Question: Can you install the Quickstart for me?Answer: Yes, for Single Purchase of template we support Quickstart installation for 1 time. Please open a ticket support and send us your information. No other customization would be done in this case. We will charge installation fee for any 2sd template Quickstart installation
Question: Can I change Template Colors?Answer: Yes you can change template color yourselves or open a ticket support or forum so my team can help.
Question: Does this Template compatible with Virtuemart 1.5?Answer: All our Virtuemart template is only compatible with Virtuemart 2.x.x and Joomla 2.x.x. Currently we do not support Joomla 3.x.x, we will upgrade our template to more stable Joomla version, not at this stage.
Question: Can I customize template to suit my need?Answer: Yes. You can modify our template at your discretion for your own web-sites. However, you cannot resell or place the modified template (as whole) for downloads on your websites.
Question: I did the payment, while I have not received the download link?The download link always is automatically sent to your payment email within 5 minutes after the payment is done. Please check your inbox, open your confirmation email and there is your own product download link.

Question: How long can I download single purchase product?Answer: You can still download the product within 6 months (180 days) from the payment time and can download up to 100 times. If this limit is over, you have to buy again the new product download sections.
Question: Can I download the update of new version?Answer: Yes, within 6 month of your single purchase, if we release and update the extension or template, we will include into the product download package on our download server, so you can download with the same download links in your confirmation email.
Question: How do I find if my product has been updated or a new version is released?Answer: Visit the product page and you can check the status of updates and version release. Remember, you will have to check for each of the extension used on your site manually. I do not have a Paypal account.
